The Air-N-Arc® ALL-IN-ONE Power Systems® by Vanair is a comprehensive on-site power system when you need a mobile workshop. The Welder/Generator/Air Compressor/Battery Booster/Battery Charger/Hydraulic Pump combination packages are designed to mount into standard or custom service bodies and allow the user easy access to controls. The system runs on a single engine and provides up to 300 amps, 40cfm, and now only 7kW. They are available in gasoline, diesel, or hydraulic-driven engines and reciprocating or rotary screw compressors.
Vanair Air N Arc 150
The Air N Arc 150 is an all-in-one power system. It features a welder, generator, air compressor, and a battery booster. It is powered by either a 14 or 18 HP Kohler engine. The Air N Arc 150 features a 20 CFM displacement at 150 PSI reciprocating air compressor, a 5 kW 120V/240V generator, and a 150 amp high frequency CC/DC welder. This package also includes 12V/24V battery charge/boost with 20 ft. boost cable and a remote control panel to be easily accessible inside any compartment.
Vanair Air N Arc 300D
The Air N Arc 300D is an all-in-one power system. It features a welder, generator, air compressor, and a battery booster. It is powered by a 25 HP Kubota diesel engine. The Air N Arc 300D features a 40 CFM displacement at 175 PSI rotary screw air compressor, a 7 kW 120V/240V generator, a 300 amp DC welder, and a 12V/24V battery charge/boost system. This package also includes a 12 gallon fuel storage and a remote control panel to be easily accessible inside any compartment.
Vanair Air N Arc 300G
The Air N Arc 300G is an all-in-one power system. It features a welder, generator, air compressor, and a battery booster. It is powered by a 29 HP Kohler gas engine. The Air N Arc 300G features a 40 CFM displacement at 175 PSI rotary screw air compressor, a 7 KW 120V/240V generator, a 300 amp DC welder, and a 12V/24V battery charge/boost system. Vanair Air N Arc I300
The Air N Arc I300 is an all-in-one power system. It features a welder, generator, air compressor, battery booster, and hydraulic pump. It is powered by a 25 HP Kubota, liquid cooled engine. The Air N Arc I300 features a rotary screw air compressor that produces 40 CFM displacement at high speed and 30 CFM displacement at idle, a 6.8 KW 120V/240V generator, a 300 amp DC welder, a 12V/24V battery charge/boost system, and a piston hydraulic pump that outputs 10.5 GPM. This package also includes a remote control panel to be easily accessible inside any compartment.
Vanair V3
The V3 multi-drive system provides the convenience of an air compressor, generator, and hydraulic system all in one. This unit is powered off the chassis PTO. The V3 comes with a 125, 160, or a 185 CFM air compressor option. The V3 has either a 7.2 kW or an 11.6 kW generator option, both comes with 120V/240V outlets. The hydraulic provision can produce up to 40 GPM with a pump sold separately. This package comes with a remote control panel to be easily accessible inside any compartment.
